The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for technical, non-technical and executive-level positions within our infrastructure organization, including IT, HR, Finance and Business Development.
In this role, you will ensure new employees receive appropriate orientation, ensures EEO / AA / OFCCP compliance, and the provision of all HR services ensuring that corporate policy, goals and objectives are satisfied.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) within an OFCCP framework; utilizing various job boards in order to source candidates (Monster.com, Careerbuilder.com, Clearedjobs.net).
In this role, the selected candidate will communicate priorities, challenges, obstacles and opportunities regularly with your team; manage applicant tracking systems and other vendors relevant to the onboarding process.
