Work closely with the Mitchel Field fleet support team to ensure the Navigation Vision goals, fleet support objectives and and all SSBN support activities are being pursued and achieved and communicated with our USN customer.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating, planning, scheduling, organization, control, integration and completion of multi-year international projects which involve hardware, system, and equipment level maintenance and/or engineering support.
Performing as technical lead on software development projects with responsibility for overall delivery of software components; collaborating with other platforms tech leads to ensure integrated end-to-end design.
Perform as a critical team member and deputy program manager for the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Program Management Office (PMO) within the Business Development Center of Excellence (BDCOE).
Generate new code and corrects, converts, and /or modifies existing code to meet specifications & updates technical documentation such as users' manuals, product specifications, and training materials.
The candidate must have demonstrated experience involving user support, tuning and troubleshooting data access applications and ad hoc queries, working closely with database technology vendors on implementing new leading edge technologies, creating technical designs, implementing procedures and training users to obtain operational efficiency.
Leverage the full use of DevOps principles and practices to support the development and maintenance of applications and integrated solutions that contribute to the satisfaction of business and mission needs.
Provide product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications and systems, such as tactile methods, visual graphics, Web, and multimedia user interaction.
