Preparation of power system AC and DC single line diagrams, metering and relaying schemes, substation equipment layout, conduit and cable layout, equipment installation detail drawings, grounding grid layout, power distribution and lighting system design.
Advance the field of assured Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) through research, development, and testing of systems using signal processing, communications, RF, control, sensor, and systems engineering expertise and PNT systems of interest, including GPS and other satellite
Management Information System (MIS) and office automation management support required to support the Navigation Programs and all the teams within the MIS group to ensure accurate, timely and effective use of resources, collection of data, reporting and management of information systems necessary to develop, acquire, deploy, maintain, sustain, and improve navigation products and services for the National Airspace System.
The Controls Engineer will also provide technical information to others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design requirements.
The Electrical Engineer will also provide general engineering support , to include but not limited to technical review of consultant design packages, technical support to active construction projects (submittal and RFI review, test report approval, field support, etc.).
Generate test plans, document and analyze test results, generate post-test reports, and make engineering recommendations; design, analyze, build and test electrical systems for suborbital launch vehicles.
