In this role, you will be responsible for the workplace requires in-depth knowledge of organizational development, attitudes, career development, decision theory, human performance and human factors, consumer behavior, small group theory and process, criterion theory and development, job and task analysis and individual assessment.
The selected candidate will attend working groups to record issues and recommend solutions relative to research topics and implementation issues. Provide technical assessments, strategy, and execution recommendations for designated special topics.
In this position, you will conduct literature reviews to monitor, summarize, and integrate information from emerging studies and reports into recommendations to support current or develop new initiatives.
