The Plant Manager is responsible for directing all Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities at the plant. The Plant Manager ensures that an adequate supply of manpower, tools, equipment, and spare parts is available at all times to provide for the safe and efficient operation of the plant.
This position is ultimately responsible for all plant operating activities, personnel safety, food safety, P/L, integration with corporate infrastructure, communication with governmental regulatory agencies and coordination of existing, new and test product ventures with sales and marketing.
This position is responsible for coordinating schedules and cost requirements, manufacturing visibility to both the Program Office and the Customer and maintaining quality, cost and schedule requirements.
The Plant Manager will perform all plant planning, operational, financial, safety, environmental, personnel and community relations duties in accordance with company programs, policies and guidelines as established by the Corporate Headquarters and will ensure compliance with relevant governmental regulations.
The Site Manager this individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the project while ensuring that the project is under or on budget, on schedule, and that specifications are being adhered to in a safe manner.
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for supporting plant leadership in achieving business and financial goals by developing and maintaining robust manufacturing processes and leading continuous improvement / cost out initiatives across the organization.
Works closely with Sales and Dispatch to understand customer requirements, and to effectively communicate the ability to meet requirements based on available resources. Interfaces regularly with third-party Compensation vendors.
