Develop an account plan for each account, incorporating a fully developed customer needs analysis, including long and short term goals and tactics, pricing strategy and negotiate customer agreements and contracts.
Demonstrate the ability to create an account strategy focused around DODs mission, key customer requirements, desired business outcomes, alignment with company key products and solutions, and a detailed market execution plan
Cultivation and maintenance of key customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and owning responsibility for the resolution and coordination of all sales, business and technical issues.
The OEM Business Transactions Manager is responsible for OEM-out and/or Private-Label Sales for CSD Division by developing new and existing sales opportunities and managing the on-going customer relationships under this program.
