Coordinate, direct and lead engineering efforts to ensure optimum engineering of projects/programs to meet schedule requirements for the installation of additional production lines in sheeting irradiation and foam.
The Process Engineer will leverage their technical background and project management skills along with their knowledge of manufacturing processes on projects including: cost reduction initiatives, process improvements, process validations, technical problem resolution, and associate training/cultural improvement initiatives.
The Process Engineer II position is a mid-level engineering position responsible for providing engineering support to existing product process transfer projects, process improvements/ cost reduction activities and new products in accordance with company QA101 Product Development & Design Control requirements.
A person in this role regularly interfaces with clients, design rule developers, process development engineers, device designers, device modelers, Layout vs. Schematic (LVS) developers, Design Rule Checking (DRC) coders, and client technical support engineers.

The Process Engineer provides engineering services for the Consumer Products Division operations (sugar packaging and rice processing). Focus is to improve current operations and facilitate the growth of the product line with new products, packages, and equipment.
Management responsibilities include supervision of design and drafting staff, coordination with clients and associates, and organization of design and construction administration activities to meet established schedules and budgets.
