Demonstrates extensive knowledge in Metastorm Development and operational areas including trends, current and forthcoming industry standards and the current and horizon vendor/product landscape and uses this knowledge to support organizational strategy and to formulate and implement organizational strategy.
The Radar Engineer shall be technically strong in some of the following areas: Radar Signal Processing, Radar RF Technologies, Navy/Army/Marine Radar Systems, Development and Test, System Architecture Development, Antennas, Phased Arrays, Combat Systems, and Integration.
A Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of how to work interdepartmentally, and work cross functionally to identify code errors, propose best practices, and ultimately step into a lead role whilst building out their own team.
Responsible for the supervision of project staff, in addition to the administrative, financial, logistical training and safety functions to include operations, maintenance and repair services required for the assigned task.
Manage and edit data, accept input and interact with a backend database (i.E., sql), visualize and interact with data, navigate online information, and query data from the system for export (i.E., download).
Must have experience in performing and providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting systems requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards, developing system architectures, and performing technical/nontechnical assessment and management as well as end-to-end flow analysis.
