Manage and administer all security aspects for multiple programs, including implementing physical, program, facility and information security requirements to ensure compliance with NISPOM, DCIDs, ICDs, federal security regulations and information security requirements.
Works with architects, engineers, and developers who are constructing the big picture as well as the operating components (virtualized hardware, software, and APIs) and highly distributed complex applications.
Provides technical and analytical support to a wide range of actions in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear Matters (ODASD(NM)) regarding the national strategic deterrent.
Perform security analysis and risk/vulnerability assessments and update security authorization documents to include System Security Plans (SSP) and Security Assessment Package (SAP) documentation as required.
As a Security Analyst, you will support multiple commercial and Federal security engagements assessing security risk, conducting security assesmnts, supporting ISSOs, remediating security vulnerabilities, and providing general security consulting services.
In this role, you will perform cyber threat analysis and reporting on information from both internal (private sector/bank) and external (government) sources and appropriately handle classified materials and operate in a US government secure facility.
The primary focus will be to maintain system Operational Availability and ensure that information can be collected in the field utilizing the appropriate sensors in a secure manner and can pass Security Audits and Information System Security Assessments relative to Information system security policies and procedures.
