In this role, you will expand utilization of current systems. Works with IT department in creating needed fields in the Costpoint system to maximize reporting capabilities. Increases capabilities of Halogen employee profile to capture employee skills, education and experience.
The incumbent will be responsible for providing full Human Resources support for managers, supervisors, and front-line employees of assigned facilities including employee relations counseling; create, review, update and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with business partners, change program teams and HR associates to support the success of Enterprise change programs and organizational effectiveness projects.
