In this role, the selected candidate will necessitate flexible scheduling such as working over, extra hours, off-shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, etc. in accordance with department policy or procedures and as required of hospital leadership roles.
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for short and long term planning of the HR function. This means leading strategically and tactically in the areas of workforce planning, recruitment and staffing strategies, wage and salary administration, associate and labor relations, benefits, workforce training and development and local diversity initiatives.

In this role, you will lead and participate in cross organizational teams (SHRM.org redesign, CA Strategy Team, Talent Management Strategy Team) to contribute and to influence SHRM's products and services.
In this role, you will assist in the ongoing review of company benefits and compensation programs to insure that the firm rewards all associates with consistent pay practices in a manner that rewards performance (P4P) and maintains the integrity of the company.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist with tactical HR functions such as; staffing, compensation, I-9 compliance and labor relations; assist with organizational development, training, faculty and staff assistance and benefits.
In this role, the selected candidate will establish and maintain departmental credibility throughout the organization with management and the employees in order to be an effective advisor and problem solver of people-related issues.
