Responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems
This position is responsible for all aspects of HR processes and initiatives throughout the plant promoting a results oriented and performance driven culture. The person must function equally well in both an office and plant environment.
Must have previous experience managing the daily operation and flow of an HR Department; experience using a payroll system; responsible for leave of Absence (LOA/ FMLA/ WC/ Parental Leave/ State Leave).
Ensure compliance with employment state and federal laws and regulations for areas such as FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), State Leaves, ADAAA (Americans with Disability Act Amendments Act), EEOC (Equal Employer Opportunity Commission), and various other employment laws.
The HRM is responsible for developing the human capital necessary to support the achievement of the financial, compliance, and strategic goals of their respective store location, positively contributing to the long-term success of the market, region, and company.
Develops programs for orientation, training, performance appraisals, personnel development plans and succession planning; prepares documentation and reports on investigative activity and actions taken.
The HR manager will deliver high quality, standardized HR interventions across a range of HR activities in order to enable senior leaders and their teams to deliver the business strategy and add maximum value to the business.
The HR Project Manager- Global Payroll Tax will report to Executive Director, Business Travel Operations and act as both the Project Leader for US Domestic lane of work as well as the Project Manager (PM) for US Domestic lane of work within the Global Business Travel Tax Program.
