The Center Executive Director is responsible for planning and is accountable for all activities and departments of the Center subject to rules and regulations promulgated by government agencies to ensure proper health care services to resident.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and administer policy, organization structures and procedures including staffing. Oversees daily operations, finances, including preparation of the annual operating budget.
Provide for influencing members of Congress, Administration officials, congressional and agency staff, governmental committees, and other stakeholders in a positive manner towards HCSC interests and positions.
The Executive will be responsible for our Industry Relations function to ensure implementation and support for all business segments including Group, Business Transient Sales, and Leisure while driving measurable results.
The AED is responsible for the monitoring and analysis of federal legislative and regulatory activities; providing advocacy leadership for ACEPs positions on issues to legislators, regulators, staff at the federal government level, and to the media; establishing and maintaining good liaison relationships with members of Congress and their staff.
In this role, you will have excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship and consensus building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization; effectively gains agreement and consensus for ideas.
In this role, you will create / execute a global business strategy and roadmap that involves how to revolutionize our existing analytics team to become a Big Data Advanced Business Intelligence Team with a core focus on predicting business outcomes.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating business generation activities such as responses to client Request for Proposals (RFPs) and inquiries, continuous and assertive client follow up and rapid problem resolution.
