The Administrative Assistant provides all-encompassing administrative and logistical support surrounding routine client activities. He/she will quickly respond to last-minute support requests, anticipate problems, and provide viable solutions while being highly responsive to the day-to-day needs of the Account Team and the client.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist in arranging special events, functions, meetings, and lunches including the coordination of all logistics; prepare agendas, compile research and data, and help with collateral creation for meetings.
This position provides operational and complex administrative management support for assigned business units, leaders and team members. Work includes extensive scheduling and coordination of activities and travel, composition of a variety of correspondence, the tracking of assignments, special projects, and problem resolution. Requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
In this position, you will manage and monitors a variety of information impacting the Chief Compliance Officers responsibilities and priorities in response to work flow of the Chief Compliance Officer.
In this role, you will conduct special projects as required and develop solutions to complex administrative challenges for the Sector Head, members of the Executive Leadership Team and concerns and issues brought forward from the Sector administrative staff.
