The HRD - Fire is responsible for consulting with senior national and regional management on performance management , hiring systems, workforce planning, driving recruiting activities, succession planning, development programs, goal and compensation plan alignment, and employment practices issues.
Develop creative practices and programs that identify, source, assess and hire the best talent to meet changing and evolving business needs;
set and lead towards a vision for exceptional talent practices at all levels of the organization to meet current and future staffing needs.
The Director manages/coordinates/executes Human Resources practices and objectives in support of an employee-oriented, high performance
culture that emphasizes professionalism, empowerment, quality, and productivity; support the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
