This role requires working with business owners and product managers across the organization to define strategy, requirements and timelines as well as lead cross-functional development teams through design, delivery, management and support.
Identify and analyze trends, strategies and tactics to increase the productivity of Government Dental Program teams to drive positive performance on organizational key performance metrics and improve the customer experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of contract. Plans, coordinates, and manages the actions taken by an organization to acquire and execute a specific piece of business, either competitively or non-competitively
Document tasks via a project plan; track progress; drive course corrections.Document and drive issues and roadblocks to closure; limit scope creep; and successfully meet the project objectives
Identify, mitigate, and eliminate project risks.
Develop new health and wellness initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization and the unique workforce (police, fire, sheriff, trade-workers, office workers, clinical staff, etc.) that company serves.
