Successful cost / schedule control and management of a mixed portfolio of contracts, ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures and government cost control guidelines, while maximizing cost savings and profit.
Assist with Independent Cost Estimates (ICEs) and Component Cost Estimates (CCEs) in accordance with DoD 5000 Series requirements, and in conjunction with technical and programmatic supporting documentation.
Support will facilitate Contract Specialists with tools and methodologies that will assist them in the development and execution of acquisition strategies and planning of small, medium and large procurement efforts at the Agency.
Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
Serve as the lead cost analyst for Army PM-EO/IR Payloads. Develop, document, and staff contract Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), Program of Record (POR) Program Office Estimates (POEs), and annual Budget Estimate Submissions (BES) cost estimates.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide regular and ongoing comprehensive financial insight, information, and support to proposal team members and consolidates their inputs to build the proposal budgets and complete cost requirements identified in the solicitations.

develop lifecycle cost estimates, trade studies, analyses of alternatives, statistical analyses, forecasts and other quantitative analyses to support client decision-making .
As a Finance/Cost Analyst, responsibilities will consist of conducting market research to systematically identify comprehensive research portfolio financial management tools/technologies that will account for the size of the DCoE as well as the ability to complement other DoD financial management support tools.
