The individual will be responsible for report preparation, execution of key financial controls, maintenance of standard operating procedures, and communication of key reporting metrics to management and business stakeholders.
Assisting the Company's legal department in managing all aspects of its corporate practice, including the coordination of, and preparation for, board meetings, support for merger and acquisition transactions, maintenance of corporate records, and compliance with corporate governance requirements and policies.
Effectively supporting full cycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting, conducting background checks and closing qualified entry-level to executive-level+ candidates as assigned.
Work collaboratively with department, subject-matter experts, and the Director of Learning and Development to design, develop, evaluate, and implement effective learning solutions that are role- and task-based.
Ensure that all financial deadlines are met for month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial closings; prepare and review materials for the global accounting close meeting and other critical internal reports.
Build relationships with clients and prospects through demonstration of in-depth institutional knowledge, understanding of specific institutional needs/priorities and application of research solutions.
An Associate in this role will work across functional groups, risk areas and LOBs to drive the Risk Reporting Solutions initiative forward by capturing user requirements, driving platform enhancements with Business Groups and Technology.
