The Contract Manager (CM) shall oversee and manage all the security operations performed by the CSOs/LCSOs/DS. CM is the point of contact for the Government to discuss contract related and invoicing requirements.
In this role, you will act as the business lead for the government contracting practice. Responsibilities include proposal development, staff assignment and oversight, final work paper and work product review and overall financial performance for his/her portfolio.

In this role, the selected candidate will oversee processing of contracting activities for all Task Orders, including all types of RFX events and contract types, and leveraging GHSC-PSM MIS tools; ensure visibility of contracting status for all Task Orders to internal and external stakeholders, including USAID, GHSC-PSM Country Programs and GSC teams.
The Government Contract Manager is responsible for evaluating solicitation criteria to ensure contract actions are completed in compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other relevant law and policy.

The BMO Contracts Manager is responsible to the Government for overall management control and accountability for technical performance, cost and schedule control requirements and general management of specific projects assigned to them, and has full authority to commit and control funds and resources assigned to the program.
