The QA & Compliance Specialist is responsible for the overall quality systems for a food warehousing and packaging company. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee all the company's third party audits and maintain BRC and ISO 17025 (A2LA) certifications.
In this role, you will analyze the client's overall enterprise audit readiness process design continually and provide recommendations on how effectiveness could be improved to mitigate conditions that could impair future audit preparedness.
Develop and execute high-level strategies and plans in supporting assigned business units with review of transactions, record keeping, communications, and the like that are subject to specific regulations affecting the business.
Under general supervision, perform a variety of duties that will assist in the following: conducting audits and investigations, training programs, monitoring productivity, composing reports, and organizing and maintaining records.
