This position will be an active partner in driving the total rewards philosophy and design programs that support employee whole life success, which attracts and retains top talent in alignment with the culture of the organization.
Provides expert consultation on the design, development, communication, and implementation of high quality benefits and wellness programs, policies, and procedures that are in alignment with the firms strategic objectives. Assesses trends, utilization and costs, recommending and employing cost containment strategies.
Serve as the first point of contact for all employee benefits; respond to employee questions dealing with health, dental, and vision insurance, FSA, HSA, life insurance, tax-deferred retirement plan, employee leave, and metro benefits; process all health care invoices for payment.
Responsible for managing, planning and analyzing the operations of companys group health & welfare and retirement benefit programs while ensuring that excellent customer service and quality benefit plans are provided to all employees.
