In this role, the Food Service Category and Development Manager is responsible for providing input to the companys overall food service program as well as brand strategy for an important new store development project, developing menu concepts and items, and building the business case for proposed concepts to support new convenience store.
In this role, you will develops and executes strategic sourcing and contract management strategies, drives transformation activities, enables supplier relationship management and stakeholder engagement initiatives in accordance with professional standards.
In this role, you will own issue identification; has responsibility for analytics around category risks and mitigation strategies ( i.e., delivery of service, quality, performance, timeline, warranty, governance ).
In this role, you will be responsible for regional management of assigned CATEGORY (ies) through participation in, or where the category is led at the regional level, the creation and maintenance of multi-year sourcing strategies and their associated project pipelines and SOURCE PLANS.
This job is responsible for providing oversight and implementation of the supply chain process, seven step sourcing process; serving as primary liaison with suppliers and business unit stakeholders; and managing multiple categories within and across business units.
