You will align with specific practice groups to support their long-term goals, business development, competitive intelligence and resource needs.
Experience using SDLC tools for tracking tasks, managing requirements, documenting test cases, managing testing processes, tracking defects, etc is a plus (e.g. HP ALM/Quality Center, Blueprint, TFS, Rational).
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with business partners to define requirements & scope working to define the type of reports required; guide the business users on the reporting platforms capability drive manageable requirements.
Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network, software, and system engineers, PC desktop technicians, project managers, end users, and customer and IT management.
Provide technical expertise to management and stakeholders to facilitate planning, set direction, define business initiatives, and develop solutions to business information systems needs and requirements.
Data and Analytics professionals define strategies, develop and deliver solutions that enable the collection, processing and management of information from one or more sources, and the subsequent delivery of information to audiences in support of key business processes.
