Develop the CRM environment including workflows, dashboards, application architecture, customizations, plug-ins, and integrations. Provide regular reporting and analysis from the CRM system and make recommendations and improvements.
Be responsible for setup, analysis and adjudication of the Medicare Prospective Payment System for inpatient and outpatient claims including but not limited to the 3M Diagnosis Related Grouping (DRG) and Tricare Outpatient Prospective Payment (OPPS) software systems.

Experience using SDLC tools for tracking tasks, managing requirements, documenting test cases, managing testing processes, tracking defects, etc is a plus (e.g. HP ALM/Quality Center, Blueprint, TFS, Rational).
This position requires demonstrated excellent customer relations and data analysis skills. The preferred candidate will have very strong oral and written communication skills. He/She must be confident and comfortable working in an environment with undefined processes, changing requirements and be able quickly adapt and help bring structure and results to support the customer mission.
Coordinate with business and technology teams ascertaining system requirements, such as product functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, coordinate milestone deliverables, and execution of users acceptance.
