Develop new customer relationships and expand and retain existing relationships by proactively identifying opportunities leveraging the portfolio management process and utilizing the fundamentals of the Bank's sales process to achieve personal sales and/or referral goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for branch achieving its annual sales and customer retention goals. Duties include coaching sales staff, developing direct marketing plans for the branch, tracking and celebrating sales success and conducting weekly sales meetings with all branch staff.

In this role, you will develop, communicate, and monitor location and individual objectives and consumer knowledge of brands and services, ensuring that they are in line with overall corporate objectives.
The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring the branch meets or exceeds its planned profitability sales and customer service levels. The Branch Manager also interacts with all levels of staff within IAA and is responsible maintaining a safe and positive work environment by managing and mentoring local staff.
The main purpose of this position is to promote Scottrades mission of helping clients overcome barriers to financial success. Branch Managers execute on this mission by leading their sales team in needs-based interactions, supervising proactive sales activities, and developing a highly motivated team that puts the clients needs first while growing the organizations footprint in their respective area of influence.
