The main objective for the Manager of Global Incentive Compensation will be to support the review of line of business incentive compensation programs and the design of new incentive compensation plans.
Manages and maintains benefit plans compliance including: maintaining Summary Plan Descriptions, maintaining plan documents, preparing and submitting timely and accurate tax filings, preparing and distributing timely and accurate associate annual notices.
Responsible for managing, planning and analyzing the operations of companys group health & welfare and retirement benefit programs while ensuring that excellent customer service and quality benefit plans are provided to all employees.
Provides expert consultation on the design, development, communication, and implementation of high quality benefits and wellness programs, policies, and procedures that are in alignment with the firms strategic objectives. Assesses trends, utilization and costs, recommending and employing cost containment strategies.
