In this role, you will monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and programs, and recommends plan revisions as well as new plans that are consistent with compensation trends and Company objectives.
In this role, you will provide leadership across the business on the review and development of the line of business incentive programs; linking programs to the overall compensation philosophy and corporate goals.
The Compensation Manager will work closely with HR partners and business partners on compensation philosophies, programs, policies and practices, providing information and tools to effectively meet our team members' and the company's financial objectives.
In this role, the candidate will ensure activities are performed in compliance with all applicable, federal, state, and local laws and regulations, union contracts and agreements, and relevant policies and procedures.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with key business partners (e.g., analytics, finance, Visa, Loyalty Solutions) to recommend a comprehensive business strategy to reengineer this business, evaluate opportunities to improve economics as well as, improve customer engagement and appeal to consumers.
