This support will include system certification and accreditation support, analysis of networks/systems; development of secure networks/systems; and integration, testing, and maintenance of the networks/systems.
The Quality Assurance (QA) manager will be responsible for developing, implementing & sustaining the Quality Management System (QMS) for Aireon. The Quality Assurance (QA) manager plays a crucial role in determining, developing and maintaining the internal & external quality procedures, standards and specifications.
Prepare a contractors Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), approved by the Program Manager, which demonstrates conformance to the directed quality standards. The QAP would address all areas of work to be performed under any Task Order to include hardware and software systems engineering, integration and installation, configuration management, and logistics and documentation. Periodically update the QAP as changes in program processes and procedures are identified.
Work closely with the PMO team, end users, and the performance metric data ensuring that the program is continually meeting and improving service performance responsiveness with the customer community.
Establish and coordinate the projects Quality Assurance program, process and procedures according to project requirements and industry best practices including ownership of the program Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
Write comprehensive security analysis reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and enter this data into DoD Information Assurance Management data bases for evaluation by Authorizing Officials to support the receipt of a Authority to Operate (ATO) for the systems.
