In this role, you will work with EAP Division Director or Senior Operations Managers to interpret professional, legal, and FOH policies focusing on solutions to occupational health issues and concerns.
As an assistant project manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the safe completion of projects within budget, on schedule, to the company's quality standards, and to the customer's satisfaction as well as creating new clients and maintain existing owner relationships.
In this role, you will ensure approved revisions are in effect including: drawings, specifications, subcontracts, change orders, requests for information, submittals, shop drawings, plan revisions, and written directives.
In this role, you will be comfortable communicating your ideas for improvement and sharing project status with clients and external audiences as well as within your team. While we prefer someone with a college-level education, if you have a proven level of equivalent experience across a variety of projects, wed be interested in hearing from you.
In this role, you will be responsible for directing all operational activities relating to contract to include supervision and management of all employees, materials, and supplies as well as costing, scheduling and quality control of all work performed.
In this role, you will gradually assume Profit & Loss responsibility, participate in overseeing new home construction, and also participate in managing land acquisition, the approval process, and sales and marketing operations at our communities.
