Manage a personal portfolio of high-end annual giving prospects comprised of individuals and foundations ($2,500 to $100,000), engaging them as appropriate, whether via face-to-face visits or other methods of communication.
Directly and indirectly supervise staff members in developing, implementing and executing campus recruiting plans to meet client needs. Review and approve plans, work products and communications when needed.
Manage and build multi-channel marketing programs for our Cyber team, including assisting Senior Director in messaging, digital demand generation programs, social media content, web content, webinars, blog content, thought leadership, event support, and marketing and sales collateral.
Coach and supervise student interns, affiliated Jewish student organizations and volunteer leaders through leadership seminars, one-on-one meetings and cultivating a community that is caring, diverse, pluralistic, welcoming and actively inclusive.
