In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of department projects, activities, reports, schedules, collection and management of data for projects and work in progress.
This position provides operational and complex administrative management support for assigned business units, leaders and team members. Work includes extensive scheduling and coordination of activities and travel, composition of a variety of correspondence, the tracking of assignments, special projects, and problem resolution. Requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring the basic PTO accruals, making accrual adjustments as appropriate, providing accrual values to financial reporting stakeholders and ensuring consistent administration of the plan.
