In this role, the selected candidate must have prior success leading a small to medium inside sales force, generating significant increases in revenue from new and existing business in a competitive market.
Generates and retains profitable revenue by supervising a team of salespeople including outside sales representatives, territory managers and account managers. Supervises other types of salespeople as directed by senior sales management.
Shows ability to lead and coach a team to strengthen and support our associates and customers; teaches and reinforces consultative selling behaviors that result in Managers and Associates delivering exceptional sales & service results.
As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will oversee certain critical accounting processes including the Accounts Receivable Specialists. You will also be responsible for strategic and informational reporting related to those and other areas. You will report to the Senior Accounting Process Manager and have tremendous opportunity to contribute to the success of the department.
