This position requires customer service, analytical, project management, communications and technical expertise. The Business Support analyst will be involved in a wide range of projects and work such as producing management reports, project work and analysis, operations metrics and budget analysis to support the department.
As a member of the On Site Service (OSS) team associate will provides quality support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise and timeliness. This position has frequent contact with users, peers and managers through telephone support (help desk) and field support (service requests and on site problem resolution).
The Rating Systems Support Analyst acts as the rating services subject matter expert and resource to internal and external users and assists in the development and implementation of new rating services customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for
troubleshooting, configuring, and installing camera network and data center components including IP cameras, wireless network infrastructure including mesh/backhaul radios, routers, switches, physical and virtualized servers, SAN storage, video management software, and client workstations.
