Primarily responsible for driving sales within a single Franchise Performance Team (FPT). Consult with franchisees on implementing their sales strategies, including: identifying specific actions to meet or exceed sales goals and coaching franchisees on all aspects of selling (e.g., sales skills, collection skills, product knowledge).
The software developer will work as part of an IT development team. Responsibilities include analysis of business use cases, design, build and maintenance of customized business applications, Enterprise integration and workflow management solutions. The developer will work closely in a cross functional Agile team composed of IT and business units.
Evaluate and implement the appropriate development architypes and patterns, and perform requirements, design, development, testing and troubleshooting process with internal teams, partners, providers and external technology vendors.

Responsible for understanding the performance of marketing campaigns in online and offline channels. Analyzing and establishing the cumulative impact of all marketing in both the short-term and long-term.
