In this role, you will develop the process and value lists for the Maximo CMMS to capture asset failure criteria (problem, cause, and remedy) to provide data for systemic failure analysis and trending. Train employees on process and implement site wide.
The qualified candidate will be responsible for reducing equipment down time and improve the overall process reliability. He or she will also be responsible for the facilities cost reductions and CI plans.
This position is responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining reliability plans and programs to reduce unscheduled equipment downtime and improve overall process reliability. This position is also responsible for leading the facilitys continuous improvement plans and cost reduction efforts.
This position will be responsible for managing the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance program, best practices, service delivery levels, technology tools, communication, and the instruction to all vendors and field staff.
In this role, the selected candidate will support tasks require the candidate operate as a member of a larger on-site support team, working collectively with team members to meet the current support scope of the system, while searching for ways to improve our level of support for identified system operational requirements.
