The purpose of the Senior Investment Consultant role is to sell and manage customized investment consulting services (advice and delegated) to both new and existing clients, and to develop or contribute to intellectual capital.
Understand timelines and complete rate reviews by state in a timely manner to situate the company for profit and growth. This includes developing (frequently making recommendations) and presenting to management rate proposals to change the rates and rate structure as appropriate. Also, participates in planning rate changes.
Risk to assist with designing and implementing technical and general computer IT audits, systems development, conversion, migrations, upgrades and application control reviews, including process and procedure, documentation, control identification, test plan creation and execution, and executive reporting.
Interacts with technology staff including Developers, Devops Engineers, Product management, and Program management to identify scope of project/s and engage in design, development, and test engineering activities.
Conduct complex diagnostic assessment/needs assessments, utilizes advanced statistical methods to analysis data, proactively identifies issues that impact performance, human capital management and business effectiveness.
In this role, the selected candidate must have strong Experience in Provisioning, billings systems(for e.g. Amdocs or CSG or any billing system) and Test data creation skills or Test Data Management(TDM) and Telecom/Cable Domain experience.
Working with Agile teams to assist in the adoption of Agile values, and the application of Agile frameworks; partnering with portfolio and program leadership to plan Agile transformations and adopt SAFe practices.
