The Region Territory Manager will work in an account team structure and will partner with the Regional Reimbursement Managers, Inside Sales Reps, Medical Science Liaisons, and others within the team to position the product(s) for fast uptake in the ophthalmology market.
The District Sales Manager (DSM) monitors daily sales activity in a given territory. Responsibilities include providing management support to sales representatives (direct reports), working to source new items and vendors, managing district expenses, district sales growth, margin, and accounts receivable targets.
The Regional Sales Manager's (RSM) responsibility will be the development and management of a designated region and the personnel within the region with a goal of maximizing product promotion through customer engagement.
The Territory Manager (TM) manages and supports functions essential to sales force productivity. These include recruiting, training, developing, planning, and grassroots marketing to meet all sales goals and KPIs.
The Regional Reimbursement Manager (RRM) will be a direct liaison between the reimbursement HUB, sales, and customers. Successful performance will include ensuring execution of the Market Access Reimbursement strategy for the providers that provides fair and consistent payment, and removing barriers in the overall reimbursement process.
