In this role, the selected candidate will lead culture of Business Excellence with Regional VP, Operations, deployment and sustainment of business processes within region, mentoring and on-boarding of KPO, development/deployment and sustainment of company lean programs (6S, SQDC, Visual factory, etc.), provide expertise in support of the standardization and delivery of the Business Excellence program into designated region.
This position is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving market targets. Specific responsibilities include business and market development; market research and planning; and strategic direction for promotion and advertising; coordination of sales and hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of marketing staff for their assigned region.
The Regional Business Director leads and develops the sales force in a designated geographical region. Executes the Companys business plan within the region to attain maximum sales while minimizing expenses. Ensures regional sales strategy and associated tactical programs recognize and support the achievement of desired corporate results.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing overall direction for report development, financial aspects of capital planning, financial projections for business acquisitions and program change proposals, and other key financial strategic elements for both short term and long term initiatives.
