This position drives the oversight of all strategy and project management for MNKs IT initiatives across all functions and business units. This role partners with the Enterprise Leader(s), Executive Committee and CIO to ensure alignment of programs and projects to the overall company strategy.
You will develop and implement project schedules to meet deadlines, all while ensuring your project maintains profitability. Plus you will engage in ongoing client meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
Reviews and approves outstanding processes and developing/recommending action plans on training for individual staff members; develop and maintains an accurate Crosswalk with client specific instructions on all projects managed.
Responsible for all aspects of planning, staffing and executing complete discovery, gap analysis, engineering implementation plan development and execution of a migration of computer network defense and network operations for a base/camp/post/station, agency or other community of interest to the JRSS platform/suite of equipment.
The Project Manager (PM) is expected to work with the project team to plan and execute the project schedule;monitor the progress of the schedule/tasks as well as the project budget and report out on this information weekly.
Assist with establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodology and other department procedures. Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans.
Responsible for leading cross-functional financial projects including financial analysis, reporting and forecasting operations and the evaluation of potential business opportunities in support of the organization's strategic priorities.
Evaluate Agency requirements, capability deployment and operations integration through review of design and programmatic documentation and milestone and readiness reviews to manage cost, schedule and performance.
