The Service Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of projects that fall within their specified region and Line Of Business (LOB) to ensure client satisfaction and the successful and profitable implementation of projects.
Responsibilities include the management of supervisors including the supervision of drivers, dock workers and clerical staff related to the loading, unloading and movement of freight, including all pertinent clerical functions.
Lead, evaluate, and develop team to successfully achieve safety, shipped-complete-on-time (scot), lean transformation and other key performance indicators to achieve financial, customer satisfaction, and employee relations objectives for their designated business unit.
In this position, you will manage crews for in town or out of town travel, line out job schedule on multiple projects, Time sheet and Inventory Control management, Estimating projects, Order materials needed for projects, Inspections of customer facilities, Construction knowledge, Customer relations, Maintain tools and equipment. Ensure complete and accurate collection of data to support Spectrum Reach related to Audience Measurement, Reference Data Management, and Financial Databases; continuously seek to improve processes by applying innovative and strategic thinking and by leveraging industry best practices.
Lead GDIT interface to the Government for Security Operations Management.. Manages the security of information systems assets and the protection of systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction.
Evaluate, track, and document field employees' performance on an ongoing basis, utilizing current and approved means & methods such as job site evaluations, performance logs, periodic check-ins, and other periodic evaluation tools according to company policy and expectations.
