In this role, you will counsel managers and supervisors on disciplinary actions, procedures and appropriate documentation. The successful candidate will also review performance improvement plans and provide feedback to leaders prior to communicating with employees.

In this role, you will performs financial analysis and counseling for applicable admissions or pre-admissions, in order to identify and address any potential problems with insurance benefits and the patients ability to pay. Notifies Case Management of insurance issues.
