In this role, you will be responsible to
Manages the processes and procedures for the direct reporting organizations to ensure effective and efficient operations are established and operating policies are understood and followed through an active management approach.
In this role, you will act as the firm point of contact with designated business entities and national/local IT personnel and execute performance management responsibilities including coaching, mentoring, leading by example, and personal development.
In this role, you will be responsible for strategic management of all Divisional customer service operations within the order management process. The selected candidate will manage the daily customer service department workflow to insure customers are serviced in a satisfying manner and company goals are met.
