In this role, the selected candidate will develop concept designs; source and fabricate needed components; oversee installation; personally program and debug the system; etc. either in house or in the field.
In this role, you will develop the process and value lists for the Maximo CMMS to capture asset failure criteria (problem, cause, and remedy) to provide data for systemic failure analysis and trending. Train employees on process and implement site wide.
The Engineer will be responsible for the design, installation and start-up of chemical dispensing & application equipment, CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems and facility cleaning equipment; and will be required to provide accurate and timely customer service assistance on previously installed systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify proper protective and controls devices and schemes for substations, select proper protection devices for equipment and provide guidance and direction in creating drawing packages for substation relay protection.
The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in an often fast-paced environment within a two-week "sprint" schedule. Adaptability, the ability to work closely with others and an open mind are essential attributes of team members. Experience in software development is required, and agile development experience is highly beneficial. A background in any or all of the following is desired: military aircraft, weapons, simulation, training systems.
The Controls Engineer will design, fabricate and assemble electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic controls systems including servo motion control and VFDs for special machines and automated processes while interfacing with the customer to coordinate and determine design criteria, performance standards, project schedules and product acceptance for each project.
