This individual will work closely with the Construction Sales Manager, National Accounts Managers, and Regional Account Managers for support and/or direction while building sales across all sub-verticals within the construction sales channel.
Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategies for the practice, including operational strategies and procedures, marketing strategies and pricing strategies, and sales and customer retention strategies. Must be able to maximize profit and billable hours on projects and achieve the stated targets and standards for financial performance.
Assist in the development of actionable site-specific tower, civil and building plans and cost projections for materials and services as they relate to the FCC Television Broadcast Incentive Auction and Repack scenario projects including; HVAC improvements, electrical upgrades, site civil changes, tower structural modifications, RF removals and installations.
Manages all facets of construction project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
