The successful candidate will work as part of a team comprised of a project manager, business analysts, developers and customers to provide analysis, software development lifecycle support and change management support on various applications assigned to the System Support Center.
Utilize broad knowledge of IT concepts, principles, methods, and practices to provide network services, relate to existing technology, practices, priorities, system capabilities, operating practices and procedures, service contracts, and costs and funding.
The Controls Engineer will design, fabricate and assemble electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic controls systems including servo motion control and VFD's for special machines and automated processes while interfacing with the customer to coordinate and determine design criteria, performance standards, project schedules and product acceptance for each project.
In this role, the selected candidate utilizes the LaserFiche product for all document storage, so knowledge of this product is a plus, but not a requirement as the OAG Technical Project Manager can provide guidance in the integration of this product.
Perform research, analyze technology, consult vendors, and apply best practices to design technical solutions by utilizing systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications. Typically related to new implementations or enhancements of enterprise scale and moderate complexity.
