Plans, organizes, directs, controls and manages overall contract functions, involving multiple, and complex and inter-related project tasks. Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.
In this role, you will be responsible for staff management and financial management of the outpatient clinic. Identify key indicators and impact them. Communicates with Regional Director on an on-going basis providing updates on patient care, budget achievement, staffing issues and performance appraisals.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining camaraderie amongst center associates, while ensuring all teammates drive collectively toward financial center goals.
