Manages data reporting tools and developing/delivery of reports. Reviews and analyzes all data to develop and execute support plans to gain access to new sources of data for analysis. Acts as liaison to Business Planning, IT, and BI on all data projects and database support issues.
The Business Analyst effectively facilitates the gathering, analysis, prioritization and categorization of complex business requirements in the revenue business lines s/he supports; leads and directs business teams in medium to large projects creating new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.
Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects, recommend potential business solutions and ensure successful implementations, including improvements and revisions to business processes and requirements.
Serves as a project liaison between the business sponsor and the service delivery organizations to understand and document user needs and transform those needs into requirements that will be used to deploy solutions that will meet the sponsors objectives.
Act as an intermediary between the business community and the technical community working with IT project teams and business clients to collect, clarify and translate business requirements into functional requirements documentation, process models, and data models (using appropriate tools) from which applications and solutions are designed and developed.
Communicate and interact professionally with a diverse group, peers, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
Successfully interact with strategy leads, system product owners, platform teams, global business architects, human centered design experts, data analytics teams, and external vendors to define and develop transformative business processes.
