The selected candidate will be responsible for directing the National Account Business Development Team to achieve strategic sales and Contribution margin growth goals across National account prospects and newly signed National Agreements; proactively anticipates business changes and targets additional prospects to meet annual budget requirements.
In this role, you will accountable for annual sales planning for assigned territory, including the development of an overall sales strategy along with a tactical plan structured to ensure that sales targets are met.
Sales Director will be responsible for the smooth transition of Regional, National and Integrated Sales strategies and programs into the local territories commensurate with Company directives and, in accordance with Concentra policies, practices, and procedures and applicable regulations.
