The Compliance Auditor assists in the implementation and daily operation of the organizations Compliance Program and all compliance-related activities for the Companys Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Prescription Drug (Part D) health plan programs.
In this role, you will conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for clinical staff; evaluate effectiveness of training programs and location including cost/benefit analyses.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the client accounts to ensure that records, visit cycle, invoicing and other related matters are properly dealt with to assure client satisfaction is maintained.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing high quality audits and control services over key systems, applications and processes. Execute audit programs and procedures under the direction of the Manager Internal Audit, including identifying and reviewing controls used to manage risk and executing test plans to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the controls.
