Under the guidance and leadership of the Test Lab and Environment O&M Lead, the Service Transition Analyst will create, catalog, and maintain a library of test models, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
Facilitate and advocate for the development of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) requirements through war-gaming, studies, and analysis at the Nimble Fire facility at Saint Louis MO and the Pentagon as required.
Review and analyze appropriate financial statements, schedules and corporate structure documents, including but not limited to audits, internally prepared statements, tax returns, bank statements, Real Estate Owned schedules, schedule of contingent liabilities, etc. from the respective Guarantors/Sponsors of a NMTC and/or HTC investment.
Manage and update standard tools, publish and retrieve project plans, set up meetings, provide communication and status updates to team members, follow up on project plan changes and compression as needed.
Leveraging a risk-based approach and partnerships with internal security resources, identifies specific IT standards and cloud vendor best practices for which compliance should be tracked and reported.
Develop continuity of operation (coop)/disaster recovery (dr) plans and supports certification of information systems and networks -supervises operation of electronic key management system, other information security duties, and public key infrastructure.
The successful candidate will not necessarily come from a pure web analytics background but an excellent, in-depth level of knowledge in digital marketing, along with experience in strategic and analytical management of digital campaigns is essential.
