Develop data-driven approaches to resolve quality issues at companies manufacturing sites. Candidate will be expected to use their background to grasp and solve technical issues. With that, they will use data as the basis for solving the problems and statistics and other tools for root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, etc.
Take ownership of customer and partner issues through resolution and provide enterprise level technical support to our customers and partners via phone, email, web and other support channels as required.
The Salesforce Systems Analyst will work closely with clients and management to analyze and report significant data relating to daily workflows. Will work collaboratively with project managers, developers, and system administrators to implement CRM customizations and solutions.
Develop and create documentation and support materials for in-house and end-user use; maintain customer relationship management systems and merchant account records, which will include customer data (sensitive and nonsensitive).
